Group conference is the brand new Hilton Austin, the latest
addition to the city’s four-star hotel offerings. Located
in Austin’s lively downtown, the 800-room Hilton offers
guests a variety of technological amenities and is within
walking distance to most of the city’s major attractions
as well as its famed downtown entertainment district. The
Texas Capitol Building, beautiful Town Lake, the Bob Bullock
Texas Historical Museum, the Lyndon B. Johnson Presidential
Library, and Austin’s famed live music venues are easily
accessible from the hotel.

Conference attendees a discounted rate, based on availability.
The negotiated rate is available until Tuesday,

Travel
to Austin
Austin Bergstrom International Airport is the
closest major airport with an easy 15-minute drive to and from
the Hilton and the Austin downtown area. Alternatively, the
San Antonio International Airport is just an hour and 15-minute
drive. Located in Houston, Texas, Houston Hobby Airport and
Houston Intercontinental offer another alternative that may
be attractive for international travelers; distance by rental
car is estimated at 3 hours. Dallas Fort Worth International
Airport is approximately three and a half hours from Austin. Reserve
your air travel as soon as possible.

Self-parking at the Hilton
is available for $11 USD per day. Valet Parking
is also available at the Hilton for $16 USD
per day.

Cancellation
Policy
Cancellations received in
writing on or before Friday, April 8, 2005 will
receive a refund, less a $100 USD processing
fee. All cancellations must be sent via e-mail
to uc05@pavtech.com.
Cancellation requests received after April 8,
2005 or individuals that do not attendee the
event are subject to the full registration fee.
Please note that the Hilton Austin reservations
are subject to one night’s room and tax
rate if cancelled less than 72 hours prior to
your arrival date.
