![]() Greg Jackson Greg Jackson joined Pavilion Technologies in April 2004 as the Vice President of Business Development. In this role, Jackson drove new business development and indirect channel opportunities for Pavilion and managed the company’s technology licensing and alliance programs. With more than 18 years of experience in various executive management positions, Jackson now serves as President, RA Pavilion Technologies. In this new position, Jackson is responsible for overall business leadership, direction, and management of RA Pavilion. Prior to joining Pavilion, Jackson served in two executive roles at Datastream Systems: Vice President of Alliances – where he successfully launched and managed the company’s alliance program - and Vice President of Datastream 7i Buy business unit – where he managed the company’s procurement solution suite from product concept to market success .Before joining Datastream, Jackson served in key positions with ACQUION, Inc, a division of Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR) that provided global purchasing solutions to Fortune 500 Companies. Jackson is a graduate of the University of Calgary. ![]() Rob Kranz Before joining Pavilion in 1999, Rob Kranz worked for The M.W. Kellogg Company where he executed and managed the development of advanced control and optimization solutions. He later worked in their Far East sales group. Following that, he worked for AEA Technology – Hyprotech as a Regional Sales Manager. Rob has 17 years of experience in the development, execution and sales of advanced process control and optimization solutions to chemicals, polymers and refining markets Kranz previously served with Pavilion as the Managing Director for the EMEA territory where he managed Pavilion’s international industrial optimization sales activities. Currently Kranz is the Vice President of Professional Engineering Services. Kranz received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. He then went on to complete his Masters degree in Business Administration at the University of Houston. ![]() Don Hart Donald M. Hart’s background includes 25+ years in business and industrial automation for a wide variety of markets including process industries, telecommunications, and information technology. Prior to joining Pavilion Technologies, Hart served as a global marketing and business development professional for ABB and Sterling Commerce. Hart initially served as the Director of Solutions Marketing at Pavilion. In this role he was responsible for the worldwide, software solution development and marketing of Pavilion’s industry specific applications. Hart currently serves as the Vice President, RA Pavilion Marketing where he leads his team in the development of markets and solution strategies. Hart holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. ![]() Jim Dornes Jim Dornes joined Pavilion with more than twenty years experience in sales management serving the manufacturing, defense, and service industries. Prior to joining Pavilion, Dornes served as the vice President of corporate sales for Datastream Systems, Inc., a provider of asset performance management software and services worldwide, where he managed regional directors, technical pre-sales and account executives throughout North America. Under Dornes’ sales leadership Datastream enjoyed 10-straight quarters of positive operational cash flow. Prior to Datastream, Dornes was a regional sales director for Parametric Technology, a mechanical design and information management software company, and a divisional sales director at Philips Services Industries, Inc. Dornes holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Shippensburg University in Shippensburg, PA. ![]() Koen Louagie Koen Louagie joined Pavilion Technologies in 2000 as a European Business Development Manager. In that role he was responsible for developing Pavilion’s business in various industries including Power, Consumer Goods, Polymers, Refining, Chemicals and Cement. Louagie significantly contributed to Pavilion’s strong growth in Europe and was responsible for establishing business relationships with some of Pavilion’s key accounts in Europe.Since April of 2008 Louagie has moved to serving as Managing Director, EMEA where he is leading a team responsible for executing Pavilion’s sales and operations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He is based in Brussels, Belgium. Prior to joining Pavilion, Louagie held various positions in the Pharmaceutical industry with companies like Kabi Pharmacia, Novartis and Hoechst Marion Roussel where he was responsible for key account management and launching new medication. Louagie holds a Professional Bachelor’s degree from the University College of South West Flanders. ![]() Quinn Yu Continuing its commitment to developing markets, Quinn Yu joined Pavilion Technologies in 2004 as the Business Development Manager for China. With more than 25 years of experience delivering Advanced Process Control (APC) to the Polymers industry, Yu’s responsibilities in his current role (Country Manager, China) include business development, partner identification, and advanced process control (APC) implementation in the region. Prior to joining Pavilion, Yu was a senior consultant at AspenTech where he was responsible for APC sales, marketing and project implementation. Also included in his 25 years of experience are APC related positions with Honeywell, Equistar and AKZO Chemicals. Yu received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Tsing Hwa University, Taiwan, R.O.C. Yu continued on to receive a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Doctorate in Ceramic Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. ![]() Tony Dowling Tony Dowling brings more than 20 years of customer relations experience in the dairy, cement, food and beverage, forest products and steel industries to Pavilion. As managing director, Dowling is responsible for the general management of Pavilion’s Australia and New Zealand operations, including its engineering and sales teams in the region. Prior to joining Pavilion, Dowling was general manager for Auckland-based Crystal Electronics Ltd, where he provided strategic direction and operational oversight for the company. Prior to Crystal Electronics, Dowling successfully managed sales, engineering, business development and partner activities in a number of senior management positions with Siemens, Rockwell Automation and other companies in New Zealand, Australia and Indonesia. Dowling received an Electrical Engineering diploma from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Canada. |
